Butlers acts for a group of Veterinary Hospitals with multiple locations across the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie area. Butlers Business and Law were there at the start of the business over 30 years ago, and continue to offer valuable advice as the group plans for the future. We recently assisted this client in negotiating and finalising a joint venture in property development.
Our responsibilities were to draft appropriate lease agreements, trust deed variations, and director’s resolutions on instruction from our client. In addition to facilitating purchases on behalf of this client, we have also provided many years of taxation and legal service including advice on business structuring, commercial agreements, and employment matters.
